Somatic Psychology.
When your body knows the answer.
Body psychotherapy.
For profound change.
Connecting mind, psyche and body.
Bodynamic is a unique method of somatic psychology according to Lisbeth Marcher, which deals intensively with the connection between body, emotions and behaviour.
Developed on the basis of decades of research, Bodynamic offers a precise approach to recognise deeply anchored patterns via the muscles and to change them in a targeted manner.
In contrast to other body-oriented methods, Bodynamic works with muscle tone, which reflects a person's psychological development. Each muscle is connected to specific developmental phases, resources and protection mechanisms.
Your body as the key to inner strength.
Pure talk therapy often reaches its limits because deeply anchored patterns are stored not only in the mind but also in the body (especially in muscles and fascia). Bodynamic makes it possible to work directly with these physical structures and can be used in various areas. From trauma integration to personality development to strengthening resilience and self-confidence.

Bodynamic & Breathwork.
My work with Bodynamic.
I completed the Bodynamic Foundation training in 2024 and am currently in the three-year practitioner training to become a body psychotherapist. In my breath coaching sessions, I use this knowledge to support people in consciously recognizing their physical and emotional patterns and developing new possibilities for action.
If desired, I also combine Bodynamic with conscious connected breathing to deepen the process even further. The breathing work supports the release of stored tension and helps to anchor new resources. By working with Bodynamic, these experiences can be sustainably integrated.
In my Breath Coaching sessions, you decide what you want to work on. At your own pace!
