Breathwork group session
In a group, we can pool our energy and use it for the joint discovery of our subconscious and our holistic healing.
I keep the groups relatively small, which allows for mindful support of each participant and creates a familiar atmosphere.
Everyone is welcome, no matter where they are on their journey. Participants can interact with each other in an open and safe environment and harness the power and energy of the group.
Especially for people who often feel uncomfortable in groups, it can be healing to relive this experience in a protected setting. The connection that arises through shared breathing can help to gently question old patterns of loneliness or insecurity and perhaps discover a new feeling of belonging. The group becomes a supportive field in which everyone can grow at their own pace.
My wish is that each participant is empowered in their own personal way to move forward.
How does a Breathwork group session work?
-
After an introduction, a short round of introductions, and various exercises for relaxation, grounding, and centering, we share our intention and prepare for the breath journey.
-
We focus on our breath, making it more and more intense and full. We inhale and exhale without pause and through the mouth.
-
Meditative and psychedelic music helps you to let go and supports you in diving into your inner self. The music is designed to trigger and/or support processes.
-
You have your 'foot on the gas pedal' and decide how deep your experience can go. Pay attention to your gut feeling and adjust the intensity or breathe through your nose at any time.
-
Listen to your heart. Try to consciously let go, dive into your inner self, and allow everything that comes up. If it becomes too much, just normalize your breathing again.
-
I attentively hold the space and am there for you if you need me. I work with trauma-sensitive touch and address you if I notice something. Your breathing gives me clues as to where you are at.
-
At the end of the breath journey, I mindfully guide you back to the present and we share our experiences in the Sharing Circle (at least one word).
