On the edge of the forest in a private area with mountain and lake views.

Explore the layers of yourself in harmony with your breath and nature.

Program

We connect ritually with Mother Earth and thus come fully into contact with nature, ourselves and the group.

Grounded and centered, we then dive into the one-hour Breathwork, which is supported by selected music and enriched by shamanic sound healing interludes (with instruments such as rattles, shamanic frame drums, cymbals or singing) by Barbara. My partner Rebecca and I will accompany you mindfully and lovingly on your breathing journey.

Finally, we share what we have to share around the fire and bring the evening to a close.

Assume a total of approx. 3.5 hours.

In bad weather we can use the existing hut.

  • According to your possibilities:
    CHF 95.- to 150.-

    Not possible for you right now? Money should not be an obstacle. Feel free to contact me.

    • Yoga mat or similar so that you can lie comfortably

    • Ceiling

    • Water bottle

    • Comfortable, warm clothing (trainers or similar)

    • Not too full or empty stomach, but small snack for afterwardsBreathwork burns a lot of calories and can make you hungry ;)

  • Meeting point: punctually at 18:30, bus stop Meggen, Tschädigen (terminus bus no. 24)

    From there we walk together to the location (approx. 10 minutes on foot).

    Car: Free parking spaces are available near the edge of the forest
